When I do my 100% water change I obviously need to take the fish out of their tank. What I use is the Styrofoam Blood Worm cubes. My question is- Are the fish more stressed in the dark non transparent Styrofoam cubes vs The clear Betta containers? I just want to make sure they don't feel to confined in the cubes? Not being able to have that illusion of more room to swim, like something transparent as in the Betta containers.

Why are you doing 100% water changes? I have seven tanks and I never do, unless I'm changing substrate or moving the tank.

fluttermoth is right mate, no need for a 100% water change. Max should be a 50% water change unless you are making an extreme change to the tank like a substrate change, or moving it (as water is very heavy! :p)
Otherwise if your transporting them from A to B, as with most animals keeping them in the dark is usually the best way to reduce stress as what they don't see won't hurt them!
Hope this helps!!
