Transferring To Small Tank

At first everything went well and he enjoyed being with other fishies but something is nipping at him and his fins are getting torn. Anyway, ive got a fish bowl about 2 gallons for him. Does he need filtration and heating? thanks

Some would say you don't need filtration, all should say you need Heating if you are in the UK. Unless your house it permenantly at 26 degrees I would get a heater.

a filter for a tank that small would be hard to find especially as betta hate the current, but a filter is not a must, alot of keepers don't have them. A filter is indeed needed to keep the temperature regular.
