what i know about transfering tanks is that it is good to add some of the old water from the tank because it helps the cycling process and you dont have to go through all that agian, but also adding the LR from your 100 gallon would help that too..

Ill give u a few tips as i did a 30 gallon to a 52 gallon.
1. Save and use as much water from old tank aspossible
2. If you have aragonite sand use it with nre sand in the new tank.
3. Put the fish in a container with air pump and heater they will be fine, if not take them to the lfs for a holiday!
4. mix up and heat all your extra water so its simply add it.
5. Have the tank ready and in position before you do it all.

Hope those help, oh and acclimate all your fish again. :good:
