Top, Middle And Bottom

Soft water, tank is 24" x 13" x 13"

Just a fraction over 54l then, to be honest you are almost certainly heavily overstocked already if you have the Panda Corydoras and Tiger Barbs in adequate numbers (6+) and Swordtails deserve at least a 3-foot tank given their ~12cm adult size in hard water.

I would personally call a 54l fully stocked with just 6-8 Panda Corydoras, ~24-32cm of adult fish.

Ok; definitely drop the tiger barbs; they get very chunky as they grow up, compared to how you see them in the shops.

Here's my standard 'silly' questions (but they do help you fix on what would be good in your tank);

what's your favourite colour and from how far away will you mostly be viewing the tank?

Ok, how about;

6 panda cories
8-10 green neons (but they don't do well in new tanks, so leave them for a while)
a blue betta, or a trio of sparkling gouramis, or a male dwarf gourami
