Hi, I wasn't sure what forum to post this in so I decided here as some people will know. I am after a true top dweller for my 90gal. The ocupants are in my sig. I was thinking Silver Hatchets but wasnt too sure about 3" fish in a quite aggressive tank. The Silver Dollars are mid-dwellers so at the moment I have nothing at all at the top so any other suggestions would be warmly welcomed. Thx in advance.

African butterfly fish? Pantodon buchholzi They can reach 5" so would look quite nice?

only thing i can think of other than hatchets which i think are plain and boring and as you have a specie tank butterflys would be nice :)

Thx for ur reply, they are amazing and I would deffo buy a group of 5-6 of these but I dont think I have ever seen these for sale around here, I will keep an eye out tho as they are now my 1st choice.

Anyone else have anything else for me?

Liverpool. Best shop by me is the Sefton Maidenhead Aquatics but I havent seen them there.

good give tri-mar a try but you'd have to pay postage cots if they do have them?? could be worth it if you could get some nice big specimens of ABF's though.

Not sure of the habits of silver dollars but they kinda look evil :p so would they be alright with African Butterfly's as if they think they want to attack the ABF they are done for. Also with Cichlids in that tank could be a risk depending on the price of ABF.

The silver dollars just keep themselves to themselves, dont really attack anything. As for the Cichlids I am presuming they will very rarely actually cross paths as this is a true top dweller and they are bottom to middle.

It will be fine. ABF hardly come down at all. so they are well out of the way and Jewels convicts and firemouths are all bottom/mid dwellers the only mid dweller is the SD's which are no harm what so ever infact when i got mine they were in a tank with Sd's. tips on feeding feed every other day with bloodworm they will take flakes which float.
