Funny enough i get all my wood from the local aquarium. (Luckily i know the guy who owns it so i get looked after . All i can say i thank god. We actually looked at how much i would have spent RRP wise over the last year and both of us nearly fainted)
You guys in Victoria would know them. They have one of the best reputations in Australia. Great staff, brilliant range awesome knowledge.

Just did my water change only 50% which is about 340 litres so only a small one. I also moved some wood around a bit and i think it lloks better so as soon as the water settles ill take a few more pics and post them.

Oh man I do my water changes with buckets Doing 50% would kill me.

i do water changes by hose. Take aboyt 2mins to syphon out 300 litres.
2 mins you say. Yes 2 mins.

I have a 45mm extenral diamater hose about 20 ft conected to a half cut 1.25litre cock bottle. I run the hose outside to the gardon. The end i put in a waste paper basket just in case i syphon up a fish. Yes they would fit in hose easily. The waste paper basket has holes only half way down so when the water syphon is done i go check the basket so far so good.

I then add water conditioner put in the gardon hose and fill it back up in total about 15mins work.

The fish love all the wood.
The reason i have no idea how many r in the tank is because there r to amny places to hide. I know ive got cory's well i think i do. there should be about 2 dozen in there 4 different sorts but i only ever see 1 or 2 shooting uo for air then none for a while.

As for the rest of the fish even the gouramis kick back under logs.

That makes for a great tank, not knowing what all is in there and not seeing them all every time. If a fish, or school O fish come out that you haven't seen in a while make an apperance, you feel lucky that day...Nice tank setup....
