Hi
My mollie had 7 babies a month ago... all ok
she has now had about about 20!
nothings is eating them, either the mollies or my clown loach :(
i need to remove my male sailfin as he obviously the cause!
Do you think a fluval edge would be ok for him?

no it wont be big anough, just ask the lfs if they want some free fish.. tho they will need to be a saleable size .. why not take the female and swap it for another male as the female will have more even when you remove the male, and sticking him all on his own in a tiny tank isnt the answer :(

I agree with shelaghfishface removing the male wont solve the problem has the female can store sperm and continue dropping fry for up to 6 months...
The easiest way if you dont want fry is to swap for another male as already mentioned.

Won't too many males cause agression.

Too many males is only a problem for a female in the tank Omega. A simple group of a few male guppies, with no females present, is no problem at all.
