To Sump Or Not To Sump!

I put this post on a discus site and every single person says no to the sump as it is hardly worth it with the size of the tank and i will get more noise from the sump than the external filter!!

You will deffinately get more noise from a sump than from a canister, the only advantage a sump has is increased water volume and therefore stocking levels, but you're not going to want to over crowd the main tank anyway.
