ok this s just to clear any confusion anybod had.
i noticed somebody wrote that the common ancistrus species everyone has whether that be brown, albino, piebold etc
they had said it has been renamed as ancistrus cf cirrhosus.
i cant remember where i seen or who wat was.
but this is just to let everybody know:
when it says its new name is ancistrus cf cirrhosus this does NOT mean this is its new name.
wat it actually means when u see cf in a name is that it is not this species
so, the on planet catfsh when it ahs all the common species under the name of ancistrus cf cirrhosus, it means it saying it is not the species ancistrus cirrhosus as thi is a different species altogether
i know dragged out a bit , but does this all make sense.
i just thought i would write this so that the name does not get attached to the common bn the same way temincki did years ago and still is lol
