Just want to pass this on, probably already well known but was new to me.

I have just brought and successfully used these, specially for aquarium use, little very thin double sided sticky patches that you put INSIDE the tank. You then place your background picture on, again INSIDE the tank! Result, much brighter picture with no unsightly air bubbles :good:
 
Do they have a name at all specifically?
Also this might be good to post down int the DIY section as tips down there are always good! :nod: And people are always looking for tips! :book:
 
Would u get a algee build up behind the background due to no light and waste geting flushed behind it?
They say not due to being so thin.
In any case, when sticking on my 3D polystyrene background to my main tank, like most people I used Aq.silicon. That leaves a bigger gap and that's ok....
