Tiny White Worms And Brown Spots On My Tanks!

hi ya'll my 29g tank has little white worms on the tank..are these dangerous to my convicts??? and my 55g tank has brown spots on the back of the tank what is this?im really worried so please help

thanks,ok i have like just a couple of worms but i just discovered that my fish had babies and they came out of the cave and they r out on the gravel so what should i do???
