OK I know I read it on here ages ago but I can't seem to find the answer now.
Thing is I didn't pay that much attention back then because this didn't happen to my other tank.
I've got billions of tiny tiny bubbles covering the sides of my new tank.
I just can't remember what the cause is and how to get rid of it.

Is it a new tank?
Are u adding CO2?
Done a water change?

The bubbles is cause coz of supersaturation of some sort of gas, ie oxygen, CO2 or something very common in new tank for the first day or two.

It's secondhand - new to me.
No CO2 - no plants in there yet, going to add some today, but don't plan on CO2 for this tank.
It's an ~12Gal double hexagon.
Haven't done water change as only just filled it for first time.
Going to clone the filter from my community tank.

Ok so it's just been filled, so thats it, nothing to worry about it will clear with a day or so. It's just gasses in the water escaping
