my rio 180 is well stocked at the mo running a ehiem pro 2 and T8 lighting. I would love to go for a bigger tank but the lack of room and budget wont let me 
1.upgrade the lighting to the juwel T5 how much differece will this make and is it worth the money ??
2. change my stocking. current stocking is ...............
4 koi marble angels (4-5")
2 golden killies
1 zebra killie
5 black skirt tetras (quite large now)
3 german blue rams
3 clown loach
3 kulli loach
2 zebra loach
2 honey goramis
3 black neons (jumbo size. lol. so not angel food)
2 common bn one male, one female
1 albino bn plec
1 king tiger

Think thats about it. loads of hiding places, wood and plants water stats are solid. 25-30% water change every 10 days or so
All tank mates get on well apart from the odd scuffle between the angels
