Tiger Barbs Dead

Hi all,
I had a group of 8 tiger barbs, woke up dis morning to find 1 dead, and now i can see 1 of them floating upside down, he is still alive but doesnt look like he has long left.
Is there anything i can do before they all drop like flys?

Is your tank cycled? Have you tested your ammonia levels? If not, use the API test kit and if you have ammonia, do a partial water change.

Just realized that his fin has bin ripped apart. There is 1 aggressive Tiger barb in there that is bullying them. was told by a colleague of mine to get the aggressive 1 out and they should be fine.
don’t really want to kill him but do i have much choice?

You can try to re-home him/them to either a store or some other keeper.

Agree with GG's question - how long has the tank been up and running? how many weeks were you feeding ammonia to the tank before it cycled?
