Tiger Barbs And Rainbow Shark

I have 6 tiger barbs in with a 1 1/2in rainbow shark, i have notice that when the shark is resting or just hanging out in the same spot a few of the barbs start messing with him, i now the sharks get more aggressive when they get bigger. Would in help to get a couple or a few more tiger barbs?

tiger barbs get bored very easily. The more you have the more they keep each other occupied and the less they hassel other fish in the tank. They should be kept in groups of at least 6 but preferably 10 or more. Make sure you have some driftwood or another hiding place for the shark to live in.
