??Tiger Barb???

Sorry if this is repetition but about my tiger barb....

As it turns out he is not dead. But he is on his back wriggling and he does not look well at all. What should I do with him?? Should i just leave him?
He really looks like he cannot right himself.

Please help

Hey, sorry to hear about your tiger barb... but if it gets too bad and you cant get any info on how to cure it it might be worth looking into the euthanasia article on the begginers questions board. hopefully it wont come to that but if it really gets bad thats what i would do...

oh your poor tiger! are your tank parameters ok???(ammonia,nitrite etc) could he have been injured by someother fish??? can you try him in a hospital tank so he's not bothered by the other fish??? sorry lots of q's for you but not much help really. euthanasing in a humane manner (drops of clove oil best- theres a sticky post on humane euthanasia on these forums - look at the top of the beginners questions forum if youre not sure how to go about it)
is probably going to be the answer soon (sorry) if no improvement, it sounds horrible but its better than letting him suffer
