Another fish I've had since late 2012/early 2013 are Tiger Barbs.
Again, I did not know they preferred to be in large schools, I know this now...
I had the pair for around 6 months I'd say, then one died off. The Tiger Barb I have now is the most
aggressive fish in my aquarium, possibly because it's overstocked? He swims around very fast and nips the smaller fish.
But anyway, for as long as I can remember, he has had this problem, where he can tip so he's facing the ground. He does this occasionally, he almost appears to have a boated tummy, and his stripe markings are a little bit dull/ faded looking. Any recommendations on what I should do? I've looked on the net and it said to give him some peas to help balance him out. It didn't seem t do anything.
He sits near the top of the aquarium on an angle like this '\' with his head at the top, breathing rapidly. Help would be indeed welcomed. Just thought I should say this in case anyone else is having the same problem.
Thanks
