Just a few quick q's about this problem.....

How long has this been going on/when did you notice it?

Are all of the barbs the same size?

What other fish do you have in your tank besides six tiger barbs?

I've only had about 15 tiger barbs IME, and I've found that the smaller barbs generally got picked on by larger ones in their school... do have any other fish in your tank that are acting different?

I have a Albino Tiger that does that, eats well and seems ok otherwise. It is in a group of 7 and is one of the largest. mine hasnt died yet!!

If you have a breeding net put him in that so you can spend some time observing him alone. If he acts better alone then hes being bullied. Maybe for a day tops.
