Three Spot Gourami

Well I took my trusty fish book along to my fish shop looked up 3 spot gourami which said they are community and no problems - asked the fish shop who said the same, then on getting home and reading up on the net im not so sure!

So far so good and it looks like I have a male and female. Im hoping they will get on as my tank is a 4 foot 250L so theres plenty of room. Anyone have any experience of these fish?

They should be fine, in my experience, unless you got a particularly nasty male.

3 Spot Gouramis are relatively peaceful in large tanks, 250L should be fine. But in smaller tanks, they become aggressive. You should be ok
