This may not exactly be an emergency or be directly related to fish health although a couple of my fish are lethargic and spending time in the area of least flow.

Parameters, Sera test kits. NH3/4, NO2, N03 all zero.
Lethargy, persistant fungal infection, infestation of 5-6mm thread like free swimming/wriggling worms.
Water changes- 10-15% every 7-10 days.
Chemicals added, InterpetN0's 1,8 &14, Fresh start, anti fungal/finrot & filter start, also Sera Florena plant food.
Fish- 10 Zebra Danios, 1 Bulldog plec.
Tank size 110 litres.
No new fish added for 3 months.

I'll start with some background. Set up tank 4 months ago, using Interpet quick start kit ( Freshstart + Filterstart). Water parameters have remained stable, added 10 Zebra Danios, then a Bulldog Plec when I started to see Algae on rocks.
The plec was keeping the algae under control.
After 6-8 weeks I noticed some fungus around the mouths of a few fish, treated with Interpet No 8 (anti fungal and fin rot) After several treatments this problem hasn't been completely eradicated.
2-3 weeks ago I started to get a carpet of vivid green algae covering large areas of the substrate.
I carried out a 15% water change earlier this week, cleaning and hoovering up as much of this algae as possible.
Once everything was up an running again I spotted hundreds of free swimming/wriggling thread like worms, 5-6mm in length. After running the filter for a couple of hours these seemed to disappear but reappeared in lesser numbers after a couple of days.
What are these, how should I deal with them and could they be detrimental to fish health?
Any advice much appreciated.

The anti finrot and fungus med by interpet not that good on mouth fungus which is flexibactor columnaris.
if its a bad strain of bacteria it can rot the mouth away.
Pimafix and myxazin by waterlife better on columnaris.
What your tap nitrate reading, do you have any live plants as its rare to have a 0 reading in nitrate.

The worms do they have a forked tail.
I wouldn't use the anti crustaceon med by interpet it completely wipes out the benefical bacteria out in the filter.
Plus got to find out which worms they are as some are harmless to fish.
How often do you do a gravel vac and water change.
