Thorichthys ?

could someone please give me a clue as to which variety this could be please .Also not sure if the photo is going to work did download through photo bucket .

Looks like a Thorichthys helleri but not 100% sure.

Its either helleri or socolofi.

Actually the more I look at the picture, the more I dont think its Helleri, but Thorichthys Socolofi. Helleri have yellow colouring to their eyes, not the blue/turquoise this fish has.

thanks ive just googled the socolofi and even though its still small its close to this variety ,same colouration and fin shape

well ive just been back to my lfs and spoke to a helpful chap whose kindly told me they are ellioti, they too thought they had bought socolofi's but he's done some phoning around and found out his suppliers had given him ellioti instead of others they had ordered,both look the same as juveniles but he assures me they're ellioti

there the ones although mine are only 1" they are starting to show their colours and definitely look like that so im very happy as their not a large cichlid and will settle in my cichlid community tank well just getting the new tank up and cycled as i type
