This One Has Me Stumped

ok here is the history

2weeks ago this angel got a cloudy eye.
I treated with melafix for 7 days and it cleared. (performed the std 25% water change after treating)
day after the cloudy eye cleared I noticed,
what I can only describe as a noudule just above the eye. (performed 10% water change)
the day after that he was listless, sitting in one position at a 60% angle
wouldn't eat, not even when a flake touched his mouth.
I also noticed a greyness on his body (excessive mucus)
and he wouldn't come into the light (back of tank is very dark in comparrison to the front)

I treated him with interpet no9 anti external bacteria and again with melafix
(at the same time) for the external bacterial infection (mucus).

at one point I thought I'd have to euthinise but I persevered and all other ailments have cleared up.
today I have noticed 6 white dots on the eye (same one that was cloudy)
to be honest they do look like ich cysts, but as they are on the eye only
it has stumped me. any ideas? ok as I'm writing this he has turned around I there are two of the same dots on his other eye. can you get ich on just the eye?

this is the best photo I could get of the eye, but it really dosn't show the problem,
at least you can tell the eye is not normal

Really needs a clearer pic.
AFAIK you don't get ich just on the eyes but fish can get eye flukes. If this is the blighter you can treat it with Drontal - sold as a wormer for cats & dogs.

I sure this is what it is. quite a few places say to use formalin to treat
and as I have FMG(formalin and malachite green) to hand. that is what I'll use.

With the mucas on the body and the spots on the eye sounds like eye flukes to me.

My female angel had those and i treated with formalin as well as i thought eye flukes but sadly she didnt get any better and wasted away. I think it could have been hexamita in the end as she had small holes appear around her head.
