I have a betta, who was very lazy, lathargic, didn't move around much, so I moved him into a bigger tank to see if that may perk him up. Well the tank used to be a small growout for a handful of guppy fry. Well I moved the fry to a larger tank, but I must have missed one, because next thing I knew, my betta (charlie) was zipping around the tank chasing something, it was a guppy fry. Well he eventually ate it. But I was wondering if I should but some feeder guppies (since they tend to be tiny) and give him one once in awhile, its the only thing thats ever perked him up, I know this may seem like a weird question, but I want to make sure its not gonna hurt charlie. Thank you!

No, it will do more harm than good. Other live food, like daphnia, bloodworm, FW feeder shrimp, etc. should keep him amused and won't be harmful to either the subject fish or the betta.
