I have a 29 gallon tank and have been throwing the idea of breeding paradise gouramis back and forth. But I'm having difficulty finding information about breeding them anywhere. And help or advice would be great!

First you'll have to have homes for the offspring lined up (or an LFS that'll take them).

Also, I don't know how familiar you are with these fish, but they are like bettas in terms of breeding and in terms of aggression towards their own kind. Males are very difficult to keep with other males and mixed-sex groups need to include at least 3 females for the single male. I personaly prefer to keep them alone in 15 gallon tanks if I plan to breed.

Other than this, they are the same to breed as any of the other 'common' gourami species. I'll see if I can find a previous relevant post (so I don't type the same things again).

edit: Here's one on three-spots - it's the same basically :) http://www.fishforums.net/index.php?showtopic=176437 Search this forum and the betta section as well. You should find plenty of info.
