Things Looking Up A Bit

I doubt my betta woes are keeping anyone else awake at night, but here's a quick update anyways
Levi's flicking and darting has calmed down some and he's bubble nested again (hasn't built one for over a week) I'm fairly sure it's planaria at fault. I am going to get some sterazin as soon as I can get to the only LFS that sells it. In the meantime, I am keeping the sand as clean as possible and reducing feeding a bit. The number of worms on the glass seem to be going down, maybe due to the 3 hitchhiking snails?
Rufus' constipation has cleared and his fin has healed already Only 5 days, I really wasn't expecting it to be that quick! Especially as the filter is playing up a bit, so stats haven't been that great.
With them looking healthy and only water changes to worry about, I feel a lot happier

thats great...just make sure you maintain a good substrate cleaning regimen...and get some mystery snails (aka apple snails...if you dont want to be over run with snails but have some as clean up, these are a great choice...they lay their eggs above the water line and when they do it is very noticeables so you could remove the eggs if they should lay any...snails are great in a tank! and the planaria shouldnt return once you are free of them.
