I had some troubles getting started, the first time everything died wasn't my fault, and the second time was my fault, lack of knowledge.
If you went to my site and seen the old pix, you'll see things are looking good. I added a tank recently, a 20 high, making a total of 5.
My 55's have been up for a while, I just got my 10 and 20high going this week. Also added to the 55.

Thanx to everyone in the forum that helping me get my 55 back to normal.

Anyway, here's the pictures

My 55 after everything died and before I rebuilt it...

I just added the plants on the left. I ordered them online, 2 to 3 day shipping and the fricking post office got it here in 8 days. As you can imagin they weren't looking so good. I put some in my 55, my 10 and my 20. The 20 has the least amount of light yet there doing the best in there. The plants are Hygrophilia Polysperma, they are a hardy plant and should all live.
My plan is to get them to fill in the left side of the tank top to bottom, then you see the ones in the middle have come close to doing that allready. Then the right side will have the swords againts the sides and back but empty in the middle (by the driftwood) giving the fish a area without plants.

Here's a close up of the 55gal, under the driftwood sits 2 of the black Kuhli loaches and the chinese algae eater (gonna have to get rid of the cae eventually):

Great tanks and pics !!

The Tetras are Bleeding Heart Tetras.
I thought so, the lfs said they were rosy tetras :sly: , but a friend in Michigan has bleeding hearts and I thoght these looked just like them. That's why I bought them, I like my friends bleeding hearts and these looked close enough....because they are!!! ;)

I can see the pics now. And well done, nice tanks. Can we have a close up of the betta? and the yellow labs?
