I don`t count sheep to get to sleep, I count fish
Well I finally finished setting up the new tank and am now chilling out with a cuppa and watching my fish in their new home.
It`s cost a fortune and I`ve been at it all day, washing sand...loads!, then putting evrything from one tank into the new one, changing all my media from one filter to another and then finally filling it with water from my previous tank and topping it up with fresh.
I feel like I`ve gone 5 rounds with Mike Tyson now after carrying buckets of water and climbing up and down my little step ladder but I`m chuffed to bits with how it`s all turned out. Just a few more plants and a decision on which other fish to add and it`ll all be finished.
My husband thinks I`m crackers and just doesn`t understand my enjoyment of being able to watch my happy fish but who cares......they`re happy and I`m happy
