The story of a hatchet

Hi.
It started when i went to my lfs for some plants. I got there and ended up with some plants on bogwood(s) They were in a hatchet tank at the shop. Well i bought them and got in the car Note there was only a few ml water in the poly box they were in. Well after 5miles of the journey home i saw there was a little hatchet in the corner of the carton. I swilled the water to the fish in a panic to try to save the little guy and another mile later i put him in the tank. That is 15mins without water And this is no joke. I will post a pic of him later on.

lol! Thats great! Glad to hear the little guy is ok. Now you just gotta get him some friends...they are so much fun in a group.

I got a Hatchet story too. I had a small group in a previous tank, and one day while I was cleaning the gravel, one of the little guys decided to take a small flight right out of the tank. Of course I start freaking out and I'm frantically searching for the little guy all over the floor. Well I had a small garbage can sitting near the tank, and it turned out thats where he landed...inside the garbage. So I quickly got him out and stuck him back in the tank. Little dude was outta water for at least a good five minutes...lived for a good few more years after that too. Very resilient little guys.
