The Plant And You

When cycling; is it a good idea to put in plants before/dureing/after the cycle?

Anytime although if its going to be heavily planted, adding them before you begin cycling can speed up the process (as plants will absorb ammonia etc).

I thought that when you add them before cycling it will damadge them or something like that (Maybe I was connecting them with fish), anyway Thanks for the info
