The new stand

I finally got a stand for two of my four 10gals. I had them sitting on random things like heavy duty wood chairs, shelves, and one was even on a small wicker table for 2 years. I can't believe that lasted. The table still doesn't show any sign of damage from the weight. I had a hard time finding this stand because I needed one that had the upper and lower level shelf. It looks so much better now and the room they were in looks alot less cluttered. I had to remove all the water except an inch off the bottom into a bucket. Since I didn't have enough buckets I had to fill the buckets up once or twice and dump it. The last bucket I kept and put the fish in it. I moved them into the stand and put the water from the bucket back into the tank and got some pre-heated/airrated/distilled water from a 26gal trash can in the basement. The set up looks great and the fish don't even seem to be stressed out or even care at all from the move. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Two down, two to go.

I have tanks on every flat surface I can find in my living room, so I can well imagine how happy you must be to have a proper stand for a couple of them.
