Hopefully going to attempt to redo the seams this weekend my question is about the frame, does anyone think it needs replacing. The one crack is the only one.

Maybe just superglue the crack?

Wood glue would be better if the surround is indeed wood. It might be plastic, it's hard to tell

Looks like plastic with fake wood trim, I have the same type of trim on one of my tanks. I would use super glue
