I am looking to create a reef aquarium using the fluval profile,I would like a sump with a refugium but am concerned it won't be big enough as it has a support in the middle of the cabinet.Has anyone had any experience converting these to a marine aquarium is it difficult having the doors on the side? Also with it being such a deep aquarium will the four t5s it comes with be enough lighting for corals etc? I spoke to a lfs and they told me the lid would have to be altered too to create the weir is this true? Thanks your advise would be appreciated. ;)

:hi:

You dont really want too deep a tank if you are going for corals, would be ecpensive to light.

Give us a few more details of tank proportions :good: and how much this is going to cost as may be better to order yourself a tank from a custom builder. Can you also let us know what you would like to keep

Aren't there various size tanks? Which size are you using? Thanks. SH :hi:

Yes they come in 2 sizes.

And even if you can fit a sump in the stand, maintenance will be hardwork to get to everything.
