I am looking to buy a Dwarf Gourami male, and when I went to my LFS they were all sold out. No other stores carried them either, but my LFS was also selling Glowlight Dwarf Gourami's.
What does the glowlight part mean? Is there anything significantly different?

well there are glolight fish that are genetic "misfits" if you will, that have a gene that makes then phosphoress under blacklight... if they have isolated the same gene in gourami's, not suprising really that they are trying to sell them. There is nothing wrong with them, just a special dna atribute has been activated through selective breeding.... I don't know of the physical consequences that come with the glolight specieses, but i would guess a shorter lifespan and decrease immunity are two as thse are usually the consequences of breeding for a special gene to come forth.

So they will live a shorter life, and are more prone to disease? If so, I think I will look for some normal ones :p

I don't know if this is the case, I am just going from what i know about other selectively bred fish... one example an EBJD (electric blue jack dempsey). They will usually be more peaceful than a normal JD but can have shorter lifespans and be more susceptable to disease.... So don't take what I said as fact, I'm just applying knowledge on a similar looking case...

It's likely just a name for one of the various colour forms, presuming they looked the same. Make sure you have a good check over them though, dwarf gouramis can be pretty awful for disease, and there have been plenty of cases of them being colour-fed to improve the colouration before sale.

But

Eh? I have no idea where you get that information from, but I wouldn't call it 'information'. Completely wrong.
