The Deep, In Hull

Just been to the blue planet.. and it was amazing, the lassd and i have been racking our brains trying to think how we can set up a marine tank, the tropical section was amazing the tank with the black pacu and ohter
"cool" fish was amazing, and the marine secetion was breath taking, we went through the tunnel 3 times,

i highly recomend it to EVERY one. the only problem was half of the litrature had been ripped off the walls by scallys, so ytou couldn`t read up about what you were looking at....

yeah were definately planning on going diving there, not sure how were gonna raise 350 quid but hey ho, we'll find a way!

the massive tank with sharks in was absolutely amazing, comepletely breathtaking, I was getting shivers up my spine and was almost crying at one point I was just completely dumbstruck! Absolutely worth a visit if anypne's thinking of it, I was a little let down by the tropical bit, they didn't do justice to the massive malawi tank and they could have done a hell of a lot more, that said they had a two metre long arapiama and I want one!!!! Oh to have a tank big enough, they get to 5 metres, amazing fish. I was also impressed they had a sign up saying most of the monster tropical fish were available to buy in most pet shops and saying why you shouldn't, most of them had been handed in when they'd become tank busters. Was glad to see something educational about how to keep the fish.

And we definately need a marine tank now, lord only knows how or where, the only tanks we have big enough are Ian's angels or my Oscar tank, and neither of the inhabitants will be going anywhere any time soon. Think it'll have to wait until we move next year and have a bit more room. We've got plans for at least 4/5 6x2x2's already
