put in 9 dividers [to make 10 sections]
have from left to right;

Their would be a small inlet pipe in each section, the water would get pumped into a 3 foot sump, and put back in through a spraybar running along the top of every section. The 9th section would have its own sponge filter and would have some amazon frogbit at the back half of the tank. The sump would have 6 sections which would go;
1. Ceramic block - for solid matter
2. Carbon - For removing smells and meds
3. Filter Wool - Rough
4. Filter Wool - Fine
5. Filter Floss - Super Fine
6. Ammonia Removing Filter Wool - for removing traces of ammonia
7. Nitrite Removing Filter Wool & u.v light - for removing traces of nitrite and u.v to help kill bad bacteria
Each section of the sump would be 20% replaced each week e.g wk 1 - 20% of ceramic block, wk 2, 20% of carbon, wk 3, 20% filter wool - rough and when it gets to week 7. Start again at section 1.
Every section [except from section 9] would have the back 1/4 covered by amazon frogbit [floating plant] and under that covered part of the section, there would be some small bogwood, with some anubias tied to it. Also, every tank would have a moss wall at the back [xmas probz, or that other moss that would stay quite close to the back wall to have optimum swimming space.
And for when there is a disease out break in one of the sections, I would cut it off from the inlet and spray bar [by twisting a lever on the spraybar that blocks the water going into the diseased section, and then doing the same with the inlet. And once the section is cut off, it would have its own stand-by sponge filter turned on [their would be a triangle sponge filter in the corner of each section, with its own air pump turned off, and would be turned on by me, using a control that can automatically turn on any of the 8 filters.] Then if the disease is in 2 or more fish, dose that section, if it is in 1 fish, put that fish in the hospital tank [section 9] and give the section it came from a treatment of the medicine that is needed [I would only do it for half the time, e.g if it says treat tank for 10 days, I'd treat the section for 5 days with 50% less dosage than it says to dose every day then do three 33% w/changes in that tank by hand] before putting the sick fish back in its section and connecting that section back to the sump and turning its sponge filter off
