Tetras

Is it okay to have a tank with just 5 neon tetras and black neon tetras? Or even just 4 of each?

it would really depend on the size of your tank as although they are small fish neons like to swim alot, i have 4 black neons in my tank and they get on great, hope you get sorted

Dont see why not? although 5 of each is prefferable
