Tetra Prima - How Much To Feed

Hi All.
 
I have 14 platy and 5 neons.
 
How much should i feed them ( tetra prima)??
 
the local fish shop suggested i use this one as my platy are eating all the flakes before they even sink to mid water where the neons hang out.
 
 
how many pinches or how many grams would you suggest....

A pinch is fine. You really need to chill out though, it should be fun and simple at this point.
