If you have 30 years to plan ahead you shouldn't have too much difficulty. I've seen a couple setups designed around the aquarist's specific disability. One guy has a really messed up back, set up auto water changers years back knowing the back isn't going to get better. Another setup is designed around the guy's inner ear problem. He can't bend over, or turn his head too quickly, or he gets instantly dizzy to the point he falls over. All his tanks are set up at a little lower than chest level, and spread out throughout his fishroom. Both of these setups involve 20 some tanks.
I've never used that product, water changes work better. My back isn't in the best of shape so I've got a system of hoses & pumps for water changes. The only time I use a bucket is for rinsing filter media, or for adding water to fry tanks. This only involves a few gallons, so it's nothing too straining. If you need some help setting something like that up, just ask.
