Tetra Doing Backflips?

My 2 inch long Tetra has started doing backflips round the sucker on the thermostat, is this natural

No, doesn't seem so to me. It looks like it is flicking, which means it has a disease. It is probably ich, do you see white spots already?

No there's no white spot and it looks pretty clean, it doesn't do it all the time and it only dose it in the same spot, funny thing is is it looks like my Guppy's are copying it exacly, along with one of the smaller Tetras! Most of the time he's happy enough tearing around the tank.

The Tetra (i think its a Colombian Red Fin Tetra) is in my Avatar, I inherited the fishtank with what i think are two Tetras (the other one is about an inch long, dark silver in colour, with a black line down the side with a lighter silver line above it and is same shape and fins as the back flipping one) about a month ago, have done all the relivent tests and its come back all clear, added the guppys 2 days ago with no ill effect as yet, although the Tetra was doing the back flips before!
