I bought a test kit today. After following the instruction. I remove the water in a bucket and put to drop of the test thing. I shaked it well after shaking the water inside turned into blue. What does it mean? How should the water be.

what are you testing for?

If your testing for KH, you don't necessarily add a drop, shake and getthe results. You add a drop of solution to the test tube. If it turns blue, you add another drop. If it's still blue, you add another. You continue to add a drop at a time, keeping count of the number of drops added, until the solution turns yellow (at least on my test kit it's yellow). When it does turn yellow, your drop count is te degrees of hardness of your water.

Is there any website that shows the color and what does it mean?

yeah there should be a colour chart with an instruction book with most liquid test kits
If not take it back & get one that does :)

Well the LFS is far away isnt there any website that explains about it. PLZ

there should be a name of the company who makes the test kit somewhere on the packaging, if you can tell us that we may be able to help

If it is a KH kit, there is no color chart. Just do as I said in my previous post and you will get your result. Just count the number of drops until the water changes to yellow (or changes from blue to what ever color).
