Question about test kits. Going in an hour to buy some, are salifert defo ok or is it worth spending a little more for Tropic Marin? Cant be bothered waiting and ordering online, I know it would save a few quid though!

If you can then grab ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, ph and kh for now.

AND A REFRACTOMETER!

You can do as there slightly cheaper on ebay. Just check out the postage tho as some can take a week to arrive whereas others can be a couple of days.

The sooner you start testing, the sooner you will know where your at in regards adding fish!

i got my saliferts off ebay, partly used but still well within use by dates £8.50 for 4 kits were posted yesterday and have arrived today, cant ask for better than that. have the house to myself for a little while so let the testing begin
