Assuming the tank is seperate from the rest of the toilet gubbins, I don't see a problem with it-the biggest pain in the behind would be running a power cable in for the filter and heater, if tropical. I don't know many bathrooms with mains electricity sockets handy.

Doubtless some idiot will buy it.
