Terrapins and fish

Hi id liek to know if you can keep terrapins and pond goldfish together in an outside pond?

Don't they need a temp of about 25 degrees?

Yup was at my LFS today, and he said, they can only be kept outside in the summer, and will eat fish.

I have Hazel (a red eared terrapin) inside all year round in a heated tank. I recently tried putting neon's (a tropical fish) in with her however i've decided to get a new filtration system set up before i try again. I started with 10 neon's and now only have 4 not too sure if they will survive. But i've heard of people keeping goldfish with terrapins no problems because there a little more durable than neon's. Just dont get attached as some will definitly be eaten.
