What is the correct colour to read for the most accurate temp because Im getting like four colours at once. Look here...

In the picture I can only see 2 colours. I'd personally read that as about 26.8 I can't actually explain why :p It just seems that the blue is 'leaving that temperature' and the green means 'is pretty much on it'.

It doesn't really matter though :) You know your temperature is around 27 (for that's the one that is green and has the most colour) which is accurate enough.

I am not a fan of those stick on thermometers. I notice differences of 2-3degC between my regular thermometer and the stick on type (which I think is too much affected by the air temperature)

Agreed. Stick ons are notoriously inaccurate.

Pick up a $2 glass and suction cup one next time you're at the LFS. Check the reading on several and pick the one in the middle of the temp range.

I ended up buyng a normal glass one for the very same reason. I couldn't tell which temp was correct because so many bars were lit. Turned out, in my case it was the second from the bottom. Now I have the ordinary thermometer I much prefer it and never look at the other one now.

I have both (stick on and glass) but I mostly use the glass one to take any readings becasue the stick on ones aren't that accurate.

Also, aprt from inacurate, i found it anoying and fidly all the time, and i didnt like sticking anything to my tank, so it fell down the slit in between the glass and the stand! DOH! :)
