Well I have recently changed the substrate of my tang tank some of you may know. Well my burgeoni love it!! The female has dug it all out from underneath the rocks. She must have shifted probably 3 kilo's of sand all by herself. I have watched her do it, mouth by mouth.

Anyone know what she is doing it for? And also, what the hell do I do with the massive mountain of sand she has piled up at the back of the tank? :/

Just uploading them now mate. She has done nothing but shift sand for 3 days! :/

Right, here goes...

Hope these help. :)

Lol! She seems to be following him around so probably so. She has dug the rest out bow and its piled at the front. Haha.

My male has gone quite dark over the last day or so. Not as dark as her, but definately noticeably darker. Is it because he is readying himself for breeding? I am thinking of setting them up in their own tank (90 litres) is there anything i should include in there for them? Obviously the rock work will be being transfered across. Should i add any kind of shells for them or will the rock work be adequate enough for them? If so what type of shell should i add? The substrate in the 90 litre tank is unfortunately fine (small and smooth) gravel, will this be ok?

Thanks.
