Tell Me About Calcifer!

I believe he is a veiltail, and very pretty at that!

I don't believe I have seen betta in these colours before, and sorry about the tank, I'm doing 20% changes daily to sort out the cloudiness!
I haven't spent a ton of time with him, as I recently lost another fish (not through illness or anything), and I'm still grieving, but he seems to be a really shy fish. I've had my eye on him since saturday, and every time he's been hiding behind plants, he's been sitting ontop of the filter a bit too and just seems to like taking a load off there, before darting about in between plants

My betta sorta looks like that, colors and all, but without the red mask on his face. He is indeed a very handsome looking boy,
Mine is a Vieltail and yours looks like it is too.
Btw Calcifier is an amazing name, and suits him well.
