Tanks Mates

I have a fuvel roma 125 and whant ideas for tank mates for fish i have
2 German ram cichlids
4 1" clown loach
7 female guppies ( non fancey)
2 bristle nose plecos
5 cardinal tetra

What could go in with them as there is not a lot of colour and i cant have convicts etc like i wanted
the tank has upgraded filter has been set up 2yr. Only restocked on 30/08/2010. what would have to go if i got south american cichlids

If your not opposed to restocking the tank I would take out the clownloach and the rams. Clownloach because it gets too big eventually and the rams because they need high temperature and low ph to survive long term.

In a 30 gallon tank I would do a pair of Festivums and then a group of dwarf cichlids for the bottom so a group of something like cupid cichlids or a few pairs of a Laetacara species or a few pairs of a Nannacara species or a Male Apisotgramma with a hareem of females - I would for Apistogramma Nijsenni as the females are as beautiful as the males.

The guppies would be fine in there as would the BNs and cardinals though if it were me having a shuffle like that I would swap the guppies for more cardinals.

the tank is set at 28c but i want sum thing that will have sum colour but may b egyptian mouthbrooders if they will go with the rest of tank as from what i read ther only small an need ph of 7.0
