Hi
1st time posting my wife and i have recently set up a temperate fish tank for our autistic grandson. All was going well. Last 2 days. Water is dribbling down the back. Strange thing is its not constant. We have an air stone.we turned it off. It continues to dribble. Then it stops it seems to be coming under the trim. Any ideas

Drop the water level down immediately.
Then get a new tank set up as soon as possible. That one is probably cracked and will soon burst over time

Following on from previous post. You say to drop the water level. It will go below the filter if i do this. The filter has a water level line on

Could the water be condensing on the underside of the lid, then running down the outside of the tank? I had that happen with one tank I had.

I agree it’s more likely to be from condensation rather than a leak

Post pictures of the aquarium and filter.
Check the filter for any wet areas.
Dropping the water level by 1/2 inch or so might help if the tank is too full, but the filter should still be able to work.

I‘ve had this happen before and I can’t for the life of me remember what I did about it but it wasn’t a crack. I think it had something to do with the hob filter and how water was creeping up the side and back down the back in some fashion.
