Righto, since I've finally cleaned up my tank a bit I figured I'd post some photos. Let me know what you think, and for gods sake can someone please tell me what that big beautiful fish is?! I've got two smaller females and one big male (featured below). Can't remember what the girl called them at the shop!
Oh and I've included links to uncompressed, fullsized versions for those who wanna perve :hey:

A somewhat fishless overview of my tank layout. Seriously considering getting a nicer backdrop - either a photo of plants or some fake rock.

I'd love to know what this fish is - see note above!

A pretty cool photo using the mirroring effect on the glass. Shame about the filter in the background

These fish love being in photos for some reason... All the other fish hide! And no, I don't use a flash :)

Among all the fish, I also have a Ghost Knifefish. Really cool lookin' dude. I'll try and get photos of him!

Cool tanks! Just so you know, on the second last photo the live plants with the white are not actually aquatic and should be taken out.

i didnt realise that i always have some in my tank, they are sold in most of the LFS in my area, they last well, but are a fav with the, plant munching crew!

Nudenerd them is some awesome pics, keep it up guy.

wow your plants look so good they almost look fake, good pics I gota get some of my tank soon
you have alot of bala sharks monami

i do believe those are jurupari.i was going to plan on getting some.beautiful fish.need atleast 55 gallons i think.

What size tank is it? I thought it was a keyhole cichlid personally, but i've seen few pictures of them, and I don't have any experience with identifying cichlids, so your best off asking someone else. Post a picture of him in either of the cichlid sections, someone will be able to identify him! He's deffinately a cichlid anyway!

great pics :good:

i was thinking geo but i'm no expert

They wouldn't be jurupari, they'd need to be tank bred for that at the least as where they are found in the wild makes them too dangerous to be collected as I was told be CFC.

What I was sold as Juruapi, were actually Satanoperca leucosticta. Satanoperca not Geophagus.
