Tank Too Small For This Heater?...

I have a small 14x8x8 inch tank I want to use for quarentining new stock. I also have a 25w heater. Will this heater size be ok in a tank this small? (If it makes a difference, the tank will have a small internal filter, a sand substrate and a little java moss in it. No lighting).

Should be fine.

That's about 4 gallon so it should be fine. I use 25 watt heaters in my 2.5 gallon betta tanks and also my 5 gallon tank.
